Reagan and her infectious laugh will leave an irreplaceable void within the Nest Academy Family. She was a friend to everyone she met. The journeys of the families who have a child with complex special needs are unique; filled with both challenges and blessings. Instead of soccer games and ballet recitals, their days are often filled with doctor appointments and therapy sessions. Social opportunities may be fewer but nonetheless vital. There is still a yearning to be connected with supportive and understanding friends.  There is great joy in watching your child thrive socially while making meaningful relationships with others and that is what Reagan did here at Nest. Reagan was surrounded by loving family and friends, throughout the 10 1/2 years since her injury, and found great joy within this circle. In return, Reagan’s smile radiated sunshine to all and even though she is no longer here with us, she will continue to shine through our beautiful memories of her short time with us. She will be missed more than words can say, especially by Christopher, Alex, Stefan, and Mary Grace. Reagan will remain a crucial piece of the fabric of Nest for the bonds formed among these families is unbreakable.
